How can we help employees to improve their financial health and wellbeing?
In this talk, Heidi Allan, head of insights and engagement at Neyber, will explore how employees feel about and deal with their own financial wellbeing and how these and other more personal pressures can impact behaviour and relationships, in work and outside of work, including where people go to for support.
Heidi will discuss wider political and economic issues, such as Brexit and rising housing costs, that can determine one’s ability to perform well and be productive at work. Most importantly Heidi will discuss how to help employees improve their financial capability.
About Heidi Allan
