Why does good people management matter, particularly now during COVID-19?
With so many people working at home, it can be even harder for managers to pick up on cues that their colleagues might be struggling. Employers also need to remember that their duty of care for people’s health and safety carries on no matter where staff are based. Rachel Suff will share findings from CIPD’s annual Health and wellbeing at work survey report and recommendations for how managers can support their employees during this very difficult time.
Places are limited. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about ticket availability.
