Working together for prevention

2015 – 2016

Through these partnerships we can one day realise our vision: a world where there are no people dying from premature and preventable non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

In this review we highlight our:

    • Behaviour-change work as consortium member of the EU-funded Credits4Health initiative in Italy, Spain and Greece

    • Healthy Weight Initiative for Nurses (WIN.)

    • Workshops in Mubende, Uganda about NCD prevention and healthy mothers

    • Collaboration with University College London Centre for Behaviour Change to create a ‘digi-hub‘, a network of cross-sector European digital health and behaviour-change professionals

*This review covers the financial period to the end of December 2015, and details projects from April 2015 to March 2016.
